University of Maine students work with K-12 students for 2-10 hours a week on a variety of academic subjects. Tutors do not need to be Education Majors. They can be from any program on campus. Tutors have the option to work virtually 1-on-1 with a youth to assist remote learning, assist in a homework help room in an after school program, or work as a teacher’s aide during the school day.
